This problem makes me cannot use windows update and updates my anti-virus.
I use Bit Defender Total Security 2009

Your error is 0xD1 and these are almost always caused by faulty drivers but the information you supplied doesn't supply that information. I have a few questions:

1. Can you scan with BitDefender or is that blocked from doing so as well?

2. Can you run in Safe Mode?

3. Can you access the internet and if so what has that experience been like?

Also, please attach your five latest minidumps in your next post.

How to find your Minidump Files:

My Computer > C Drive > Windows Folder > Minidump Folder > Minidump Files.

It is these files that we need (not the folder). Attach to your next post. Notice the Manage Attachments button at the bottom when you go to post the next time. You can Zip up to five files per Zip. Please do us a favor and don’t Zip each one individually.

1. I can scan with BitDefender, but there are several files that cannot be scanned because it needs a password.
2. I can run Safe Mode with or without networking
3. I can access the internet, but i takes little bit time and freezing to connect the internet. Sometimes I got blue screen while using internet or playing Warcraft III.
I just found 1 minidump in the minidump files folder. I have attached the file.

Your error is 0xD1 which are almost always caused by faulty drivers. In your case it is e100b325.sys which is a driver for your Intel Network Card/Adapter.

This would explain your issues with connections and other online issues. Update your drivers.

i have 2 network adapters: Intel(R) PRO/100 VE Network Connection and Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 3945 ABG Network Connection. I have tried to update both of those adapters, but it said that the device is up to date. So, what should I do? Do I need to uninstall them?

thank you for ur help Route44. i have 1 more question for u.
If i uninstall my wireless, how could i connect the internet, and where can i install my wireless again?
Thank you

You could download your wireless drivers to your desktop. Uninstall and then reboot and install the new drivers.

Better yet, go to HP's website, find your particular model, and update the latest drivers for your system. Does this bring stability?
