No sound after reformatting my computer

I have a dell inspiron 8250

I had to format my computer because of some serious viruses

I was able to get most of the drivers to work except for my sound.

I already downloaded and installed the chipset driver, but I cant seem to find the right driver for my computer?

Can anyone help me find out what sound card that i have and then what i can do to properly install it?

I had already went to the dell support site and other places for the multimedia controller and i cant find anything. thanks

...This (http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/downloads/en/downloads_splash?c=us&l=en&s=gen&~mode=popup&file=57707)would appear to be the audio driver for a Dell Inspiron 8200, and I assume the 8250 as well (as it's not listed separately). It's the only one listed.
