Looking to buy a new PSU, need some help

I have a dell 210L, here is how my psu looks:

It looks kinda like this, but its 220 watts.

Also, i need one that has a 4 pin connector,and a sata plugin. This psu which i am using only has a few plugs.

You can use any ATX PSU in your case. I recommend the OCZ 500SXS and the Antec EA430 as excellent choices, with the Antec being the better of the two.

I've seen the Antec Basic 350 at Office Max for $40. Its good enough for your PC and has what you need.
