Eyetoy webcame for vista, help will be appreciated thanks

Hey, well i have an eye toy black SLEH-00031 and have downloaded the files and exported changing the OV519 and changed it to what has been instructed by still this has not helped just comes up with

D-Link VGA Webcam
The required sections was not found in INF

{Something like that}
and well i don't know what to do next, help would be much appreciated
I have windows vista home premium 32-bit

Oh and on the device manager it comes up with "EyeToy USB camera Namtai"
