On opening e drive it gets close

i have 160gb of harddisk
i have made 4 partitions in it with different size
my f drive contains lots of data of 50 gb now when i double click on it
pc gets hang and my computer closes autometically

please help me

The concern is for your data, but to backup 50Gig would take another Hard Drive and you might want to try doing this in Safe Mode too (ie so no extra services like Antivirus are running)
