In general if you keep it below 60C, you should be fine. If it's above 60C but under 70C, you might need to look for better cooling or at least optimise the cooling system that you currently have. & if it's above 70C, it's critical.

Thx for your time Didou, mine is about 50C+ so I am not too worried.
Is there any windows Appz that would tell me the temp, because going to BIOS every 30min get annoying :p
Thanks

It depends on your mainboard. If you have an ASUS mainboard, you can use ASUS PC Probe ->

LINK 2 (http://www.asus.com/pub/ASUS/misc/utils/probe22206.zip) ( USA Mirror )
LINK 3 (http://www.asuscom.de/pub/ASUS/misc/utils/probe22206.zip) ( Europe Mirror )

If you have one of the motherboards listed HERE (http://www.nvidia.com/object/motherboards.html), you can use the nVidia chipset utility (http://www.nvidia.com/object/sysutility_1.08.5.html).

Otherwise, you can download Motherboard Monitor (http://mbm.livewiredev.com/) -> MBM Download Mirrors (http://mbm.livewiredev.com/download.html)
