Lost posts

Hi there. I've posted on here twice and gotten an email saying i got a reply. When I come here following the link I get a sorry there is no thread notice. I can't even find the posts I did. What am I doing wrong? One was in general hardware and one was in mobile computing. Any ideas? Thanks
