Looking for good shareware MOV to WMV converter

Have searched these forums, looked in downloads, done general search, all I can find are apps that you have to buy, and I know that's a spotty proposition at best - there are numerous programs that really don't work well then you've spent your $ for nothing.

Any recommendations? I tried a couple in the Downloads section that said shareware, but then you still have to buy them for $30 or so.
