Outlook address book

My outlook address book has some doubles and names I no longer want.

When I try to delete them, they don't

Any ideas?

What happens when you try to delete them? Do any error messages appear? Are you experiencing any other problems with your computer which may be related?

More information is needed.

You can't del them as they are part of the toolbar.

I did a search for ezp*.* and del the ezphoto file.

Then I went back into word and went into customize, then I right clicked on each and del
