Free Video Editing Program

Anyone know of a free downloadable video editing software like "After Effects 7" or something similar?

I have been looking around and most of them either seem suspicious of viruses, ect.

Try Cnet Downloads And search Your Software there. Safe downloads there, Lots of freeware. You will find lot's of free progs. there. Hope that helps.

theres no such thing as free video editing software,

or atleast anything thats decent.

i have adobe after effects cs4 (999 dollars)
and
Pinnacle Studio 12 (299 dollars)

but of course i didnt pay those ridiculous prices lol.
