MSN Webcam problems

My friend and I are trying to get our webcams to work. Mine works fine but hers won't work. It is plugged in and it worked earlier today, then all the sudden it froze and when we tried to restart it. It wouldn't work at all. Now she's not even getting my invitation to view her webcam? So what is wrong or what should we do? Or what should she do?

You will need to make sure that the webcam is enabled in Live Messenger. It's under Tools>>Audio/Video (I think).
