Tomb raider Angel of darkness came bundled, but when Lara speaks during the opening tutorial, the voice is sped up so much it's unintelligble. Anyone else had this dilemma? Have you tried disabling some of the fancy sound features ( EAX, etc ) & see if it still does it ?
