When I start my windows vista

when i start my windows vista i get this message come up which is says DLL its a grey box with the red & white cross , i think it maybe a trojan if so does anyone know what is the best free trojan remover thanx .

You can try combofix http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

If you cant run combofix.exe, rename it to combo-fix.exe

the message says , error loading, c/progra _1 / mywebs_ 1 / bar / 1 .bin / M3PLUGIN- DLL
then it says underneath that message specified module could not be found .
