Coolermaster v8 fan controller problem

I just installed my new Coolermaster v8 and realized my fan speed controller does not work. Ive checked and rechecked the connections but to no avail. Can someone help me with alittle troubleshooting plz

Coolermaster board, power supply, or other device... installed onto what?
