Chrome browser error 103 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED)

I receive this error
103 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED)
when I try to browse internet with my Google Chrome browser. This error come totally random.

IE8 and Firefox 3.5.3 doesn't work also.

Now I get this error also:
Error 324 (net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE):

I removed the Google Chrome and installed it again. No help.
