does anyone know how to fix a headset problem with gigaware 43-122. sound breaks up and video from my web cam. it freezes up msn messanger also when I try to use it. Help please.

Doesn't sound like the headset is the real problem but something corrupted in the program or device driver. Try re-installing the entire software package. See if you can get the latest version from their web site. Failing that, did try re-installing the audio device driver.

Also, did you mean to write that your video is breaking up too when you use the headset?
