Getting a .dll registered on Vista

Hi,

I hope that this is the right section for this. It was this or the OS thread...

I need to get this .dll (a codec for video recording)

ir50_32.dll

registered on Vista so that a video program that. Apparently, Vista includes this with installation (and I do, in fact, have it on the machine) but now I need to get it registered so that my video program will list it as a choice of codec,

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

JR
