Sony Vaio DVD-rom code 10 error

hi everbody,

i've Sony Vaio VGN N250E Laptop. when i tried to use cd or dvd i heard only normal sounds from dvd rom(trying to read) but nothing else. i checked the device manager and read the error as " windows couldn't start (code10 error).

i uninstall dvd rom and restart my computer. dvd rom automatically reinstalled but when i tried to use dvd rom it gave the same error.

if you send me any solution about this problem i will be really happy.

See here to remove your upper and lower CD/DVD filters Bad / corrupt filters can cause a variety of problems.

Note you may need to reinstall your CD/DVD software after removing the current filters (e.g. for burning)
