I had just load the loacl cable company's security suite, and it rebooted my computer; but would not get to a login screen. It just reboot.
I called the cable company for support, and they said my startup had some bad programs in it, and [I]it wasn't theit fault[I].
The tech walked me through letting him get on my PC, and he disabled some programs from startup. It didn't work.
I skanned and cleaned malware and registry, and still no luck.
I would look at the minidmp file, but I can't install the debug software in safe mode.
Could someone look at this and tell me what is causing the reboot? Thanks!
