Toshiba Satellite Pro 405CS

Toshiba Satellite Pro 405CS on boot up says "This BASIC was aborted,because this machine has no ROM BASIC. Use Toshiba's BASIC." What does this mean?

Run
Put a blank floppy in your drive
Once the boot floppy is created, start your computer with it (floppy must be enabled and first boot device in Bios Settings first)

Try that on your 10yr+ old laptop
