Internet drivers for Dell dimension 3100

Hi im trying to set up my internet connection for my Dell computer to the office internet. The computer crashed a couple of days before and I had to reinstall the whole thing. Now when i got it going again i cant detect an Internet connection at all.
When I open the device manager i dont got any Network adapter icon at all. I figured i lack some drivers then. I´ve downloaded all the network drivers and installed them but I still dont get it to work.
Tips?

As you said I had to install SP 3 before but it works.
