Hello. Ive been trying to burn a Windows Vista ISO to my DVD-R Blank Disk. It appears that when i try to burn it to the Disk it shows on the log this :

...Failed to Write Sectors 0 - 31 - Reason: Power Calibration Area Error

Can you tell me what the problem is and how i can fix it? Ive totally erased and cleaned the DVD but still ends with the same result.

Run CCleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com/download/downloading)
And instead of using a re-writable disc, just use a standard blank disk

Well its over 3GB and it wouldn't really fit on a blank disk

Sorry

Blank DVDs (not re-writable as such) are 4.7Gig
