Anyway to uninstall my Adobe Photoshop?

Hi,my Adobe photoshop doesn’t working properly,
so I want to uninstall it for a good one,
but it won’t let me uninstall,
is there anybody know how to solve my problem?

Try to uninstall it in Safe Mode. Or delete the PhotoShop's folder and use CCleaner Scan for issues... Repeat until all errors are fixed.
