The final version of Mozilla's Firefox will arrive September 14, according to lead engineer Ben Goodger. Open-source browser fans, and those who have grown distrustful enough of Internet Explorer's security flaws to consider alternative browsers, will be looking forward to it.

Although not sure if I want to upgrade. I was happy enough with .8 already.

Takes up a bit much memory, but is lightning fast and feature loaded. Can be painful to configure certain things.. but in general seems pretty good.

Only a few security dings on it, I'm sure there are a few more, but at least they're patched fairly quickly.

Where's that drool smiley?

Firefox is one of the better browsers out there, tbh, on my desktop i'm still working with .8. To lazy to upgrade.
I hear from allot of ppl that they use firefox and start to give up Internet Explorer or opera ect.
