arris - I got a grill, finally a decent microwave, and a pretty nice cordless drill. rest of my presents consisted of checks of various quantities of money. Which was fine by me, I'd rather buy something I like rather than get given to me something I don't like.

Doesn't that always piss you off? I don't see why people don't just give you cash anyway. It makes sense to me, if you didn't make a list for them to go off of, how do they know what you want and don't want?

I took 3 days off work this week (monday-wednesday) because I haven't taken a day off in about a year and I thought I was goign to go watch some tennis tonight (Lindsay Davenport was supposed to be playing, and mom had tickets). But it turns out Davenport cancled for some reason.

So anyway, I'm putting back a few beers and just going to relax, nothing big planned to do tonight, and I can recover from the hangover tomorrow before work Thursday :)

Went out to dinner with my mom to a resturant I expected to be good, mom's food was good, but mine wasn't - steak was tough/chewy and I only had it cooked medium.
