Hi, there is a tutorial (http://equake.quakeworld.nu/documentation/worldcraft/index.html) for the Half-Life engine that I found great, just a simple help file which described from the ground up how to make a small room filled with stuff, just so you should learn how to use the editor...

I want to know if something similar exists for the Sandbox engine... The only thing I've found is this (http://farcry.gamesweb.com/downloads.php?release_id=96) which is not very helpful when you are starting at a complete beginners stage...
