XGI will offer a new range of video cards of its own (http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=18728). Apparently, weak sales of its chips and slow acceptance of its products has prompted this move. The firm will offer its Volari V3, V5, V5XT and V8 cards, which are all Shader Model 2.0 compliant. There will also be products for laptops and for PCI Express.
