Qm_modules?

I get this error when many of my programs boot on startup, it appears that QM_Modules isn't working! I installed the newest init_modules, is there something I'm doing wrong? Yes, this is the 2.6.8-1 kernel on RedHat 9 which has been giving me trouble.
