laptop desktop synch of outlook 2k3

:confused: i am running outlook 2k3 with 2 e-mail addreses on 2 seperate machines. 1 machine is my desktop and one is my laptop. how do i get them to sinc so that contacts and calandar match? i can match the e-mail by just leaving a copy on server. :chef:

Copy across the contents of the following two folders:

1) C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook - all files except the .SRS files

2) C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook - all files except any OutlookHotmail-0000000x files

You won't even need to match the e-mails!
