Does anyone know of a generic driver for this CHEAP webcam?

Hey all..I picked up this webcam some time ago and it came with a driver. There is no marking on the driver.. only says PC Camera USB. Does anyone know of the real name of this thing, where it came from, more importantly.. WHERE I CAN GET A DRIVER FOR IT??? The disc I was provided with doesnt work at all.
