Linux Remote Desk top Problem

i have 2 pcs one is running with Linux Enterprise edition ws 3.0 and other with 2003 standers server/win98 , here problem is i wants to get the desk top of linux in windows machine, how can i configured those things?, i heard about VNCserver , but dont know how to configure that with these Pcs so give a details replay and plz help me to sort out the problem.....

dont bother with RD (Remote Desktop) its a waist of tie and makes your pc more vurnerable too
