Which version is your sun java?

You can find this (amongst other places) in the add-remove programs part of Windows.
It'll be listed as "Java 2 Runtime Enviroment, SE ########"
So if you could post that, it'd be nice...

Your system should actually run better with Suns JVM than MS' old JVM, as the latter is horribly outdated...

So, if the number you found for your java version is older than 1.4.2_06, you can try uninstalling it, then downloading the latest version from here (http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp)...
If you have two or more versions installed, please say so, and I'll try to guide you through how to select which version to use...
