I need drivers for a Dynamice edge psc604 sound card

i need drivers for a Dynamice edge psc604 sound card, can anyone help me. i went to philips site and tried to download it there but the link is NOT FOUND
or the file has been moved but without a new location. Does anyone know where i can get the drivers i so desperately need?
please help
