Help!!! "unable to access my computer"

I have windows xp and when i clicked on my computer an error message poped up saying this....

the instruction at "0x01ced065" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written".

Please help me i have alot of important business files in my c: drive which i cannot access. I will greatly appreciate your help and support!!!!

Basically, a program on your computer has tried to access an area of memory that it shouldn't be allowed access to. The computer stops at that point because it could really screw things up if it didn't.

I'm assuming this is one of those STOP messages. If so, did it have a driver name anywhere in the message?
