Ibm-djsa 220 Usb Mass Storage(drivers)

Hello I am new at this game, so I would very much like if some could school me on if theres a driver or a way to get my mass storage IBM-DJSA 220, its said that no drives required for win2k or XP, when plugged into either OS, you can see the device in the lower right hand coner being detected, but when you open my computer to veiw the device, these is nothing. No errors in device manger? Help please
