Lookin 4 driver for HSP56k micromodem by pc tel

I am looking for the driver updates for the HSP56k micromodem by pc tel the pci\ven # is 134d7891 the driver version is 8.0.11.3 the max speed is 115200 it is a 5.1.2600.0 it was made on 5-16-2001 if any one can help it would be greatly appreciated

I have a prob with thier modems. Do you really need an updated driver to use it every year?
