Lmouse.vxd driver on Toshiba laptop

I have an old Toshiba laptop. I recently formatted the disk and reloaded Windows 98. After the install it requested the lmouse.vxd driver and without it will not load Windows as it says it there is a reference to it in System.ini or the Registry. The driver doesn't seem to be on the Win98 disk and I cant find a download for it on the web. Does anyone know where I can download a copy?
