Reinstalling Bitmap editor

Can someone please tell me how to reinstall Bitmap editor in Windows XP.

Bitmap editor? What is that?

Do you mean the Paint program? You can "reinstall" by removing it from Windows components under add-remove programs and then installing it in the same place.
