HP PSC2100 alignment page

Hi,
I am trying to simply just install a new Black ink Cartridge in my HP-PSC 2100 printer/scanner.
I am out of color ink and could care less.
Apparently the HP design will not let me simply do this.
It prints a template page, that then needs to be scanned,
to complete an auto-alignment proceedure.
I am caught in a loop. Has anyone encountered this ?

Does anyone have the complete test pattern sheet they could scan on their PSC 2100 and email me.
This way I can fool it into thinking I printed the page !

thanks,
Joe W
