Problems with MS Outlook and Access

Hello,

I have problems with MS Outlook and Access.

Everytime I run them i have the following pop up message that appears.

Microsoft Outlook:

you need Microsoft Explorer 4.01 or later to use this feature. You can download the latest version of Internet Explorer from Microsoft website


Microsoft Access:

you need Microsoft Explorer 3.00 or later to use this feature. You can download the latest version of Internet Explorer from Microsoft Website
The problem is that I have the latest version of IE.

I have tried reinstalling MS office XP but not to avail, i still have the same problem.

Can anyone help?
