nv4_disp.dll

I keep getting this nv4_disp.dll driver problem and i dont know how to fix it.. i tried to put my hardware accelleration down or something like that but then i cant even play my games. I play Counter-Strike and it just kicks me off and restarts my computer. The blue screen of death tells me that the nv4_disp.dll is the problem... i went to majorgeeks.com or something and i downloaded a driver cleaner but that had no effect either. I want to be able to play my game and not get kicked off all the time. Does anyone know how i can fix this problem without having to reboot my whole computer?
By the way i have a Nvidia 5200 graphics card and windows xp with 512 MB memory
