Still Getting Punk Buster Init Failure Even After Updating

I play mohap, and every so often i get kicked because of punk buster init failure.
so i go to punkbuster's website and update the program. but now it doesnt work even when i update. so now i cant play multiplayer. someone please help!~!~~!!~!~!~! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
