hello i just got a 9800 256 mb with a 360 core. i cant tell if the guy who had it befor put thermal adhesive on it or if it was like this orriginally but i cannot remove the stuff. any ideas i have already tried 99% alchol

I had to use a razor blade.

Run 3dmark or 3d game for an hour. It'll come off easily.
