Athlon(XP)/Durons: http://www.amd.com/gb-uk/assets/content_type/DownloadableAssets/K7_Electrical_Specification_Rev_ENG.pdf

Semprons: http://www.amd.com/us-en/assets/content_type/DownloadableAssets/Sempron_Electrical_Spec_Rev_ENG.pdf

Most AMD K7s are supposed to run less than 85 degrees C.

Intel Celeron Specs (http://processorfinder.intel.com/scripts/list.asp?ProcFam=49&NoNav=NO&CorSpd=ALL&SysBusSpd=ALL&MfgTech=ALL&step=ALL&cache=ALL&PkgType=ALL&btnFOS=Filter+on+selections): most seem to be 75 degrees C or lower.
