Problems with Quake 2

I download a copy of Quake 2 but when I try to install the game this message stop the instalation proces:


Warning!

this version of quake 2 will not install on this lanuage version of windows 95/nt. To find out if a version localized for your operating system is available for purchase


How can change the lengaje version? It's that possible?
