Windows Explorer Closes repeatively

as soon as i turn on my computer it says windows explorer has encountered an error and needs to close so i click "dont send" and the bar at the bottem disappears then it comes back and within 10-15 seconds the box is there again i click dont send bar disappears comes back along with the box...what could be the problem here and what should i do? i've ran a virus scan and spyware scan both...please just give me answers dont give me a guide to follow

Assuming you`re either running Windows XP or 2000.

Try doing a Windows repair. That`s the answer part.
