I have a Lite-On dvd rw -1633s 16x

I also have a dvd-rom installed. whenever i pit a disk in it will not play not does it show up when i click my computer. I can get it to open by opening the from my computer. I know they can go bad, but having 2 go at the same time seems weird. I took one out and out in a cd-r burner and it does the same thing. Can you help me with this please?

I can burn with no problem just cannot open anything automatically

Thank You

I fixed my problem. My DVD-Rom and DVD-rw would not autoplay. I founb the solution on Mirosoft's website and now all well again. Here is the web address for the fix.
