I recently had my pc cleaned from virus' and all Norton 2004 dafaults are on. While trying to download Rhapsody and RealPlayer both give me the message I'm not connected to the net. When clearly I am. I've given Norton the ok to Always allow these sites access.
Also new is Spy Sweeper who I've also allowed.
Can anyone please help?

I know this isn't the best solution, but have you tried disabling the firewall and then download the files? Just to make sure it is working.

I disabled firewall and it still does the same thing.
