FTP Server problem

PLEASE HELP ME Can someone tell me how to cfeate an ftp server?

Creating a piece of software usually means learning some programming language and then writing the program.
Creating the physical server machine would involve advanced skills like conjuring complex electronic euipment out of thin air or making microchips out of sand using household appliances in your basement..
