i have the 9600xt card and a ASUS A7N8X-E Deluxe mobo. i bought this card before i was aware of the issues the two components had with eachother. and i dont have enough cash to buy a new card so i was wondeing if n e 1 knew of a way to fix the compatibility between the two because my grafix card crashes often and it is extremely annoying.

if you could return that ati card, an nvidia geforce 6600gt based card would cost you the same and deliver superior performance. not to mention it's known compatibility with your board/chipset. aside from the usual fixes (updated drivers, bios), that is.
